Our appointed Office Security Officer is Carol Curtin.  She can be reached at Extension 12

• Our offices are protected by inner entry and outer entry dead bolt locks.
   
• Our computers are protected by a hardware firewall and software firewall.
   
• Anytime someone enters our office from the outer hallway, an alarm sounds and the doorway is in easy view of our receptionist.
   
• Our computers and programs and internet access to secure servers are all protected by passwords that are changed a minimum of every 90 days.
   
• NO CONSUMER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS STORED ON OUR SERVERS
   
• Our Server that has customer information in our accounting program is password protected and the server room is locked every evening at closing time and is locked over the weekend.
   
• Customer information (hard paper files) is stored in LOCKED filing cabinets.  Cabinets are locked every day at 6:00 PM and on weekends.
   
• We do not disclose any credit card information to anyone from any merchant customer location until they have satisfactorily identified themselves and the reason for their inquiry is legitimate and firmly established.
   
• Any file or document that contains unique non public personal information about a merchant customer including but not limited to bank account information,  social security numbers, drivers license numbers or other forms of non public ID are locked in hard files and/or password protected on secure servers.  Access is controlled by the Security Officer.
   
• We do not email non public personal information about you or your business.  We do not share your information with unauthorized third parties.
   
• We have other extreme security measures in place that cannot be revealed for the very reason that they exist.
